Delivery and payments
Delivery
All our deliveries are express and are carried out by the courier company ECONT within 3 working days - according to the courier company's schedule.
- For orders over 65 BGN you receive free delivery from us to an ECONT office.
- For all orders up to 90 BGN, the delivery price is 6.00 BGN to a courier company office and 8.00 BGN to the customer's address.
Delivery terms
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on holidays, weekends are processed on the next business day.
The time for assembly and delivery to the address you specified is up to 3 working days. The order is confirmed by receiving an e-mail or by phone. You can also track the status of the current, as well as previous orders, from "My Account".
Problem with order fulfillment
The fulfillment of your order may be prevented for any of the following reasons:
1. One or all of the ordered items are out of stock. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Lack of a telephone number to contact the user
3. We are unable to contact you.
4. No payment has been made (delayed payment) by the user if he has chosen bank transfer.
5. The user has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
If delivery problems occur due to our fault, all additional costs are at our expense. In all other cases, subsequent shipment of the shipment will be at your expense.
Shipment tracking
Revel undertakes to monitor the movement of the goods after their handover to the courier company. The user has the right to be informed of the location of the shipment, as well as the remaining time until delivery. In the event of a delay in delivery due to the courier company's fault, we undertake to notify the user as soon as a delay signal is received from the courier company. All shipments are insured for the full declared value and in the event of loss by the courier company, Revel undertakes to resend the shipment.
Receiving the shipment
The user receives the ordered goods at the specified delivery address or from an office of the courier company (ECONT), and on the day of delivery you will receive a confirmation notice and a call. At the time of delivery, the user receives the goods with a receipt.
* Shipments unclaimed within 3 business days after the delivery date are automatically returned to our office.
* If the recipient does not accept the shipment or part of it after inspection, he/she must pay the shipping costs in both directions.
Payment
Regardless of which payment method you choose, the amount you must pay is the total amount of your order.
Payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery
Upon delivery of the goods/goods, you pay the value of your order to the courier.
2. With a card
We use one of the most secure online payment programs - Stripe. You enter the card, pay and forget about any problems. You can pay with any type of card, you also have the option to pay with ApplePay and GooglePay.
