General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Sellers and Users (clients) who use the revel.bg e-shop to purchase goods. These General Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as other regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria.

1. Explanation of some terms Users declare that they are familiar with and agree with the definitions of the following terms:

• INTERNET SITE is a collection of internet pages with a common homepage that loads in your browser when you type in the email address revel.bg ;

• A BROWSER is a computer program that provides the ability to transfer, process and visualize data using various types of data transfer protocols.

• INTERFACE is a combination of graphic objects associated with program code, through which the user communicates with the website in a way accessible to him;

• IP ADDRESS ("IP address") is a unique identification number that associates a computer, Internet page or resource with the user, in a way that allows its localization on the global Internet network.

• A PASSWORD is a code of letters, numbers and characters which, together with the username, individualizes the user and which, together with the username, serves to access their user profile.

• SELLER is the website revel.bg , which is owned by "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD and serves as a virtual platform for the sale of goods. The Seller is the person with whom the User concludes a contract for the distance sale of a specific good (item) in the e-shop

• USER is a legally capable person who has agreed to these General Terms and Conditions in connection with the application and purchase of the goods offered in the e-store. 

• ELECTRONIC STORE is the website revel.bg , which serves as a virtual platform for offering goods for sale and for reaching an agreement between the SELLER and the USER for ordering and buying and selling a specific good (item). "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD is the trading company with UIC:, with its registered office in the city of Varna, ul. Bratya MIladinovi 30, which creates and maintains the electronic store, offers and sells goods in the store and determines these General Terms and Conditions under which the goods are sold. "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD has full rights to unilaterally change the content of the website, as well as the methods of access to it.

• ORDER is the request made by a User to the online store for the purchase of one or more specific goods (items). The order is packaged and sent by courier to the address previously specified in the order by the User, after being approved by email or phone. Approval by email is made by sending an email (electronic letter) for confirmation. Approval by phone is made after a call from an employee of the online store for confirmation.

• SALES AGREEMENT is a contract for the purchase and sale of goods concluded remotely through this e-shop between a Seller and a User.

• A COURIER is a merchant who physically delivers the purchased goods to an address specified by the User and operates under the requirements of the Postal Services Act.

• MALICIOUS ACTS are actions or omissions that violate Internet ethics or cause harm to persons connected to the Internet or associated networks, sending unwanted mail (unsolicited commercial messages, SPAM), gaining access to resources with other people's rights and passwords, using flaws in systems for personal gain or obtaining information (HACK), performing actions that may be qualified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damaging or destroying systems or information arrays (CRACK), sending "Trojan horses" or causing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disrupting the normal operation of other users of the Internet and associated networks, performing any actions that may be qualified as a crime or administrative violation under Bulgarian legislation or other applicable law.

2. Terms of use of the e-store

1. Browsing the revel .bg e-store is completely free and accessible from anywhere in the world.

2. In order to shop at the gymmaker.bg online store, registration with a password and e-mail (e-mail) or recipient's name, email, phone number and delivery address is required. Registration is completely free and is done by filling out the registration form. The registered customer has the opportunity to use all the services of the store.

3. The user must provide an e-mail and password, personal data and delivery addresses.

4. " PERINOV GROUP " EOOD is a registered personal data administrator within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and has the right to collect, process and use the personal data of its users in view of the needs of the e-store, while at the same time having the obligation to keep this personal data confidential, not to use it for other purposes, nor to provide it to third parties, with the exception of the Sellers in the store.

5. In the revel.bg e-store, each product includes the price, the main characteristics of the product, and additional information aimed at helping you make an informed choice when purchasing the product.

6. All prices listed on the site are final.

7. On the page to the right of each product there are "Add to Cart" buttons. Pressing the "Add to Cart" button saves the selected product in the User's virtual shopping cart. By pressing the "Complete Order" button, the User can view the contents of the virtual shopping cart, add new products or remove those that he does not want. After pressing the "Buy" button, the customer's data, delivery data and a second review of the virtual shopping cart appear. The order is activated by pressing the second button "Confirm Order".

8. Any content to which the User has or gains access is protected and is the property of " PERINOV GROUP " EOOD.

3. Ordering goods

1. To place an order in the e-store, the User must specify:

• a valid email address;

• correctly filled in address for delivery of goods and invoicing;

• correctly filled in contact details – two names, telephone number.

2. The order is submitted to the e-store by clicking the second button "Confirm order" - located under the order delivery data, which button appears after at least one product has been added to the cart and the "Buy" button has been pressed.

3. Upon successful order placement, the User receives confirmation of the order via email to the email address provided by him/her. The email confirmation shall indicate the ordered product, the order number, the date and time the order was placed. Confirmation by phone shall be made only if additional information or clarification regarding the order is required.

4. In case the ordered product (specific model) is not available, the consultant will notify the User. If the User does not agree to the order being transferred to another product (similar model), the order may be canceled.

5. Orders in the revel.bg e-store are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

6. Order by phone – The user can place an order by phone by calling 0878621203

7. The working hours of the consultants of the online store revel.bg are:

– Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 18:00.

8. Orders received without correct buyer (User) data or missing data are canceled if the Seller does not receive the correct data within 48 hours after the order is received. Such orders receive the status "REJECTED" due to the impossibility of being fulfilled.

9. The user may refuse an order without having to state reasons for the refusal.

10. Cancellation of an order can be made by phone or by e-mail to the email address specified on the site - e-mail: support@revel.bg . In order for the cancellation to be valid, the User must provide: the order number, the phone number left in the order, the two names with which he is registered on the site, the email address (e-mail) with which he is registered on the site, the price of the order.

4. Delivery terms

1. After an order is received by a User at kids-land.bg , the automated system of the e-store notifies the User by email about the successfully accepted order.

2. Delivery is made only on successfully accepted orders. When packing the ordered goods, the consumer is notified that the goods are being handed over to a courier for transportation to the appropriate address.

3. Delivery of ordered goods is not made on Sundays and public holidays.

4. The deadline for assembly and delivery to the specified address is within 4 (four) working days from the moment of order confirmation.

5. You can also track the status of your current and previous orders from "My Account"

6. The seller uses the courier company E Kont for deliveries, with the usual delivery hours being from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed after 16:00 on holidays or weekends are processed on the next business day.

7. Delivery is made to an address specified by the User (regardless of whether residential or business) or to an Econt office in the respective city.

8. Delivery prices are described as follows:

-The delivery price is 6 BGN for all orders up to 70 BGN to a Speedy or Econt office. For orders over 70 BGN, the consumer receives free delivery.

9. revel .bg is obliged to monitor the movement of the goods after their transfer to the courier company. The user has the right to be informed about the location of the shipment, as well as the remaining time until delivery. In the event of a delay in delivery due to the fault of the courier company, we are obliged to notify the user as soon as a signal of delay is received from the courier company. All shipments are insured for the entire declared value and in the event of loss by the courier company revel .bg is obliged to resend the shipment.

10. Each shipment is insured, and the insurance is at the expense of the Seller. All shipments are insured for the entire declared value and in case of loss by the courier company gymmaker.bg is obliged to resend the shipment.

11. If the User does not provide access and conditions for the delivery of the goods to the specified address within the specified period or does not go to the specified office of Speedy AD or Econt to receive the goods on time, if he has chosen this option, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery. The User receives the requested goods at the specified delivery address or from an office of the courier company SPEEDY or Econt, and on the day of delivery you will receive a confirmation notice and a call. At the time of delivery, the User receives the goods with an attached invoice.

12. Shipments unclaimed within 3 business days after the delivery date are automatically returned to our office.

5. Payment

1. Payment for the ordered goods can be made in several ways, regardless of the payment method chosen, the payment amount is the same and no additional fees are charged for processing the payment.

• Cash on delivery - Upon delivery of the goods/goods, you pay the value of your order to the courier.

• By card - We use one of the most secure online payment programs - Stripe. You enter the card, pay and forget about any problems. You can pay with any type of card, you also have the option to pay with ApplePay and GooglePay.

• Payment by bank transfer - For this purpose, you need to make a bank transfer to the bank account of Nk International Ltd., paying the full amount of your order, which includes the shipping cost (if charged). You will see the final amount of your order when it is finalized.

The following shall be entered in the reason for payment:

– The order number

/You will see your order number after confirming your order, as well as in the email you will receive after finalizing your order. You can see it after logging into “My Profile” in the “Order History” menu/. The order will be fulfilled after receiving the bank transfer.

Bank transfers that do not have an order number will not be reflected as received until a scanned receipt of the payment order is sent to us by e-mail: support@revel.bg with an explanation of the payment.

2. For each ordered item, the consumer must pay the price announced in the e-store at the time of the order.

6. Complaints

1. The consumer has the right to claim or return goods purchased from the e-store within 30 days of receiving the goods.

2. Cancellation of the contract can also be made to the courier upon delivery of the goods, if the goods are delivered after the deadline for reasons beyond the control of the User and not due to force majeure.

3. Upon withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to return the purchased goods in an undamaged commercial condition and with the label intact.

4. In case of withdrawal from the contract, if the Consumer has paid for the goods, the amount paid for the returned goods shall be refunded to the bank account specified by him within 15 /fifteen/ days after the return of the goods. Amounts shall not be refunded until the Consumer returns the goods. If the goods are not returned within the period under item 8.1, the withdrawal from the contract shall not be effective.

5. The right to withdraw from the contract in cases where the goods have been paid for cannot be exercised for swimwear, underwear, socks. 6.6 A complaint is made when the purchased goods do not correspond to what was agreed between the parties under the sales contract. The discrepancy in what was agreed between the parties may be expressed in: – manufacturing defects of the goods; – found missing parts of the goods; – the wrong goods were sent, different from the ordered ones; – non-compliance with the announced size and/or color - goods sent in a different size and/or different color than ordered; – damage to the goods during transportation; – the products were delivered or invoiced incorrectly.

6. The complaint can be submitted to "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD at the specified email address: support@revel.bg , and at the same time the User must return the goods within the two-month period.

7. In case of a complaint, the User may choose to replace the specific item with the same one without defects or in another size or color, or return the goods for a refund of the amount paid. An e-shop consultant may suggest replacing the item with a completely different item upon price equalization - either the User pays extra if the other item is more expensive, or two items are offered for the same price, or the User is refunded the difference between the replaced and the new item if the price of the new item is lower than the price paid by the User.

8. The return of the goods in the event of a complaint, in cases other than a factory defect or damage during transport, is carried out under the following conditions: – Good commercial condition preserved (the goods are not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed). – There is no damage caused by improper use. – Original packaging and label preserved.

9. The return of goods, either upon withdrawal from the contract or upon complaint, can be made in the manner and at the address indicated on the goods receipt with which the User received the order.

10. When exchanging goods, the transportation costs are at the expense of the User in both directions, unless the exchange was necessary due to the fault of the e-store. In case the customer wishes to exchange or return a product, this can be done with the courier company "Speedy" AD or Econt.

7. Protection of personal data

1. "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD exercises due care and is responsible for protecting the user's information that has become known to him/her upon registration - subject to these General Terms and Conditions, except in cases of accidental events or malicious actions of third parties.

2. The personal data obtained during registration at kids-land.bg will be used solely for customer service - accepting and fulfilling orders, and contacting users in case of problems related to the order. gymmaker .bg guarantees that the data in question will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above. The personal data provided by the client is used by the company's employees and for issuing an invoice and guarantee for the purchased product.

3. The user account of a specific user may be deleted from the revel.bg database, along with the data attached to it, at any time upon request by the user and at the discretion of revel.bg .

4. GymMaker.bg uses an SSL certificate to ensure secure shopping for its customers. The certificate provides an encrypted connection between you and the site when you enter your personal data.

5. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the consumer agrees to the processing of his personal data for the purposes of the contract for the purchase and sale of promoted goods, concluded remotely, by giving consent to an advance payment.

6. revel.bg undertakes not to disclose any personal information about the user and not to provide the collected information to third parties - government authorities, commercial companies, individuals and others, except in cases where:

• has received the user's explicit consent upon registration or at a later time; 

• the information is requested by state authorities or officials who, according to the current legislation, are authorized to request and collect such information in compliance with the legally established procedures;

• other cases specified in the law.

7. By registering at gymmaker.bg , the user allows personal, advertising or other commercial messages to be sent to him in his user profiles at gymmaker.bg , Facebook or anywhere else in the virtual space, or to the e-mail address he has declared, from "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD or from the merchants offering on the site.

8. Additional terms and conditions

1. GymMaker.bg reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions and any changes to the Website, its structure and services, including changes that would affect the Website and/or its content without prior notice to the Members or Customers. These General Terms and Conditions may be revised and updated at any time by “PERINOV GROUP” EOOD. If you continue to use the website, you expressly agree to the changes made.

2. revel.bg is not responsible for any errors that may appear on the Website for any reason, including those caused by changes, settings, etc. not made by the Website administrator.

3. revel.bg reserves the right to publish advertising banners of any kind and/or links on any part of the website, in accordance with current legislation.

4. The Parties declare that in the event that any of the clauses under these General Terms and Conditions prove to be invalid, this shall not entail the invalidity of the contract, other clauses or parts thereof. The invalid clause shall be replaced by the mandatory provisions of the law or established practice.

5. The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all issues not regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.

6. The promotions offered for each product are individual. "PERINOV GROUP" EOOD reserves the right to change the terms of the promotions.
