Return and Exchange

• Return conditions

  A product can be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in its original condition, including: undamaged label and packaging, unused (not worn), unwashed and stored properly. The amounts for returning shipments are refunded by bank transfer within 7 days. You can send your bank account to the email address: support@revel.bg

• Exchange conditions

  If you wish to exchange a product, this can be done within 30 days of receiving the shipment. The product must be in its original condition, including: undamaged label and packaging, unused (not worn), unwashed and stored properly. Exchange is made by placing a new order and adding in the comment "for exchange of order" the number of the previous order (example - "for exchange of order XXXXXXXXX") with the items you want and sending the previous products to the Econt office - Econt Varna-"Red Square", after review by us, the new order will be sent within 3 working days.

• Additional terms and conditions

Courier services in both directions for returns or exchanges are at the customer's expense.
All shipments must be sent with an option for inspection and testing.
